Day 2 of Channel One TV’s National Swimming Championship kicks off

Channel
One
TV’s
National
Swimming
Championship
will
continue
this
morning
at
the
Aquatic
Center
at
the
Borteyman
Sports
Complex.

Over
200
swimmers
will
compete
in
various
events,
aiming
to
surpass
their
personal
bests
and
secure
podium
finishes.

By
the
end
of
Sunday’s
event
at
the
Borteyman
Sports
Complex,
the
top
swim
team
of
the
year
will
also
be
determined
based
on
the
number
of
medals
won
in
various
events.

Some
swimmers
from
different
swim
teams
have
expressed
their
expectations
for
today’s
events.

“My
aim
is
still
the
same,
do
my
personal
best,
for
my
team,
I’m
willing
to
go
the
extra
mile
to
even
exceed
what
I’m
aiming
to
do.”

Another
also
said,
“I
hope
to
draw
in
almost
everything
I
do,
and
just
have
fun.”

“I’m
going
to
push
in
50
fly,
Rahman
I’m
coming
for
you,
just
to
let
you
know.”
another
swimmer
cheerfully
stated.

A
swimmer
noted,
“I
think
I’m
going
to
get
all
of
them
first.”

parents
also

their
thoughts

of
Day
2
at
the
Aquatic
Center
this
morning.

Day
One
of
the
Channel
One
TV
National
Swimming
Championship
saw
a
vibrant
display
of
aquatic
prowess
as
more
than
200
swimmers
from
various
corners
of
the
country
took
to
the
pools.

This
prestigious
event,
now
in
its
eagerly
anticipated
second
edition,
featured
competitive
swimmers
representing
a
total
of
12
distinguished
teams,
all
vying
fervently
for
coveted
national
recognition.

The
championship,
meticulously
conducted
in
accordance
with
the
rigorous
regulations
set
forth
by
both
World
Aquatics
and
African
Aquatics
governing
bodies,
affirmed
its
status
as
a
premier
platform
for
nurturing
and
showcasing
swimming
excellence.
